GWO Trainer & Assessor - Wind Industry

About the role

All Areas Access is expanding its national Renewables Training team and is looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated GWO Trainer & Assessor. The role suits someone who brings genuine wind industry experience into the training environment and wants to deliver the highest standards of technical training. Applicants can choose to be based in Western Australia or Victoria, with immediate start available.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality GWO training and assessment
• Support the expanding national training facilities and operations
• Contribute to training development, quality and continuous improvement
• Occasionally return to the field to support wind farm operations and projects across Australia

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years' operational experience working on wind farms
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE)
• Current, valid driver's licence
• Ability and willingness to travel nationally
• Excellent communication, technical and instructional skills
• Strong commitment to quality, safety and training excellence
• Current legal working rights in Australia; international applicants encouraged

Required skills

• GWO BST (Basic Safety Training)
• GWO ART (Advanced Rescue Training)
• GWO BTT (Basic Technical Training)
• GWO EFA (Enhanced First Aid)
• Preference for candidates already qualified and certified as GWO trainers, especially those delivering multiple GWO modules
