Guidewire Solution Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Guidewire Solution Architect to lead architecture and delivery across large‑scale transformation programmes for the Australian insurance market. The role involves defining end‑to‑end solution architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and guiding complex implementation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own the solution architecture across Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and ClaimCenter, delivering scalable and secure solutions throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Lead design and integration activities for both Policy and Claims, establishing architecture standards, integration patterns and technical frameworks.
• Provide technical leadership and governance to delivery teams and third‑party vendors, acting as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Support pre‑sales, RFP responses and solution shaping by delivering architectural expertise and implementation strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting or large‑scale insurance technology projects.
• Extensive hands‑on Guidewire implementation experience across Policy, Billing and Claims, including cloud migration programmes.
• Strong knowledge of the Australian insurance market and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
