Guest Services Supervisor (AYS) – Port Douglas

About the role

The AYS Supervisor joins the Sheraton Port Douglas team to lead the Guest Services crew, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay. You will act as the bridge between guests, the hotel’s operations, and the local community, delivering personalized experiences while supporting your team’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Guest Services team and handle day‑to‑day operational tasks.
• Assign rooms based on guest preferences and manage special requests.
• Respond to enquiries, create tailored guest experiences, and resolve billing questions with attention to detail.
• Build strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat bookings.
• Monitor service standards, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements.
• Lead team‑building activities and foster a supportive, inclusive work environment.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in a hotel or similar hospitality setting.
• Familiarity with the OPERA property management system or a comparable PMS.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
• Enthusiastic about career progression in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, solution‑oriented, and able to inspire a team.
