Guest Services & Events Manager

About the role

We are looking for a warm, highly organised and guest‑focused professional to lead premium guest and event experiences at Yangaro. This hands‑on role combines luxury guest services management with the planning, coordination and execution of weddings, retreats, corporate stays and private events.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences from booking through departure, including arrivals, villa orientations and concierge requests.
• Coordinate guest itineraries, transfers, activities and special requests to maximise satisfaction and revenue.
• Supervise the Guest Services & Events Assistant and collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance and operations to maintain premium standards.
• Plan and deliver weddings, elopements, corporate and wellness retreats, and private events.
• Conduct venue inspections, liaise with suppliers (stylists, florists, caterers, photographers, transport providers, wellness facilitators).
• Prepare event schedules, run sheets and operational plans; oversee on‑site setup, supplier management and guest care.
• Support famils, open days, content shoots and promotional activities while ensuring brand alignment.

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality, luxury accommodation, guest services and/or events management.
• Strong leadership, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and presentation.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic hospitality environment.
• Current driver’s licence.
