About the role
Join ibis Budget Melbourne CBD as a part‑time Night Auditor, delivering a VIP experience for guests from check‑in to check‑out while ensuring smooth overnight operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, promote hotel amenities and provide local recommendations.
- Handle reservations, manage guest accounts and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Conduct nightly financial reconciliation, prepare reports and audits.
- Maintain guest satisfaction, safety and security throughout the night shift.
Required profile
- Previous front‑desk or hotel reception experience is an asset.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, able to multitask under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Valid Australian working rights.
