Guest Service Agent

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent at Mantra Chatswood, you will be the first friendly face that welcomes guests and the last warm goodbye they receive. You will work in a vibrant business and shopping district north of Sydney’s CBD, delivering a seamless hospitality experience from check‑in through check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Provide VIP‑level service, ensuring every guest feels valued from arrival to departure.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members to maintain smooth operations.
• Resolve guest issues promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Promote hotel amenities and services with thorough product knowledge.
• Share local recommendations, highlighting neighbourhood hotspots and attractions.
• Accurately manage reservations and guest accounts.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel front‑desk or similar hospitality role is an asset.
• Proactive, innovative approach to exceeding guest expectations.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent multitasking, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
