Guest Service Agent

About the role

As a Guest Service Agent at Mantra on Sydney Airport, you will be the first friendly face that welcomes guests and the last warm goodbye they receive. You will ensure a seamless experience from check‑in to check‑out while representing Accor’s hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide VIP‑level service to guests throughout their stay, from arrival to departure.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve guest issues promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Promote hotel amenities and services by maintaining deep product knowledge.
• Share local recommendations on nearby attractions, beaches, and shopping areas.
• Accurately manage reservations, guest accounts, and check‑in/check‑out procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel front‑desk or similar guest‑service role.
• Innovative mindset with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills; able to multitask under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
