Guest Relations Officer – Part Time

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Guest Relations Officer to join our Executive Lounge team on a part‑time basis in Sydney. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable while supporting the smooth operation of the lounge.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests on arrival, assist with check‑in/out and handle special requests.
• Prepare the lounge for service, set up and replenish food and beverage stations, and clear tables between seatings.
• Communicate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely replenishment of items.
• Answer telephone enquiries for the lounge using professional etiquette.
• Maintain cleanliness, temperature, lighting and music levels in the lounge.
• Deliver food and beverage amenities to guest rooms as directed.
• Report incidents, accidents or safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Uphold the NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines when serving alcohol.

Required profile

• Warm, welcoming demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Clear and professional communication, both verbal and written.
• Motivated, energetic and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality environments.
• Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification and Australian working rights.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift items up to 15 kg for an entire shift.

Required skills

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
