Guest Relations & Events Coordinator

About the role

Anyday is looking for a full‑time Guest Relations & Events Coordinator to be the first point of contact for guests across its portfolio of restaurants and venues. You will create seamless experiences from the initial reservation or enquiry through to the event or dining service, embodying the brand’s warm hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming reservations and event enquiries via phone and email.
• Create smooth guest journeys from enquiry to the final dining or event experience.
• Coordinate bookings and events using SevenRooms, Tripleseat and related systems.
• Respond to guest questions, requests and feedback with professionalism.
• Process payments and administer gift vouchers.
• Liaise with venue teams to communicate guest preferences, dietary requirements and event details.
• Support the Guest Relations & Events team with daily administration and coordination.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, guest services, events or a similar customer‑focused role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Warm, professional and guest‑focused approach.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively.
• Confidence managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with SevenRooms booking platform.
• Experience with Tripleseat or similar CRM/event management system.
