Guest Experience Lead

About the role

The Guest Experience Lead ensures every guest receives a high‑quality in‑store experience by delivering technical product education and embodying the lululemon brand. As a member of the store leadership team, you will drive floor performance, support inclusive guest interactions, and help achieve daily sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to create an exceptional and inclusive environment.
• Continuously assess guest connections and provide technical product education to each visitor.
• Assist guests when team members are unavailable and dynamically respond to business and guest needs.
• Prepare the store for guest readiness and maintain operational excellence throughout each shift.
• Open and close the store following established procedures.
• Review daily business data and metrics to track sales progress and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring activities and contribute to performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to lead from the floor in a retail environment.
• Strong focus on delivering technical product education and building guest connections.
• Capability to assess business needs and act dynamically to meet them.
• Experience contributing to team performance evaluations and hiring decisions.
