Guest Experience Host – Sales Lead Generator

About the role

Join the Palm Cove team as a Guest Experience Host who also drives sales leads for our resort sales centres. You will be the first point of contact for owners and guests, delivering exceptional service while generating qualified sales appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, register and provide information to owners and guests.
• Complete all department paperwork and use communication equipment (phones, fax, computers).
• Assist in the tour generation process to ensure prospects meet qualification criteria.
• Meet guests face‑to‑face, build rapport and schedule sales appointments for resort sales centres, including livestream sessions.
• Collaborate with resort operations to ensure a seamless check‑in experience.
• Clearly articulate the benefits of travelling within the Travel & Leisure community.
• Achieve targets and KPIs set by the business.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hotel or front‑desk role.
• Genuine passion for customer service and knowledge of the local area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• High level of computer literacy and ability to solve problems.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Experience with property management systems (PMS) such as Hirum, Fidelio or Opera.
