Guest Experience Host

About the role

Join Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach as a Guest Experience Host and be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering the brand’s luxury service standards. You will create warm first impressions, assist with luggage, and provide personalised local information to ensure memorable stays.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming first impression and assist guests with luggage, storage, and delivery.
• Provide personalised information about the hotel, local attractions, dining and transportation.
• Escort guests to rooms, introduce facilities and answer questions.
• Assist with valet parking, coordinate taxis, private transfers and other transportation needs.
• Anticipate and fulfil special requests, including amenities, celebrations and room deliveries.
• Support Concierge and Front Office with reservations and guest enquiries.
• Maintain an immaculate lobby and concierge environment reflecting Sofitel standards.
• Promote hotel facilities, dining experiences, events and services.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Warm, confident and professional communication skills.
• Luxury service mindset with strong attention to detail and personal presentation.
• Ability to manage multiple guest requests efficiently while staying calm and organised.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to work closely with all hotel departments.
• Openness to feedback, continuous learning and development.
• Flexibility to work across a seven‑day hotel operation.
