Guest Experience Expert – Club Lounge

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert will be the face of the Club Lounge, delivering warm, personalized service to guests throughout their stay. You will greet guests, manage check‑in and check‑out processes, and act as a trusted concierge for special requests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a sincere greeting and engage guests about their stay, property services, and local attractions.
• Process all guest check‑ins and check‑outs, coordinate with Housekeeping, and handle payment transactions.
• Operate the telephone switchboard, answer guest calls, record requests, and route inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Supply guests with directions, information on amenities, and assistance with reservations, transportation, and other special arrangements.
• Monitor Club Lounge seating, ensure safety, and maintain a welcoming environment.
