Guest Experience Designer

About the role

As a Guest Experience Designer at Ever, you will be the first point of contact for guests, shaping expectations and setting the tone for memorable stays. You will respond to enquiries, craft personalised itineraries and manage bookings with precision, ensuring every trip becomes unforgettable.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to guest enquiries via email and phone with warmth, professionalism and timeliness.
• Design clear, practical and tailored itineraries for each guest.
• Accurately manage reservations, including guest profiles, notes and preferences.
• Maintain and update bookings using Mews (or a similar PMS), CRM platforms and itinerary tools.
• Collaborate with lodge teams to ensure bookings are operationally deliverable.
• Handle booking changes and evolving guest requests with careful attention to detail.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners to support bespoke requests.
• Exercise sound judgement to manage bookings independently, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Exceptional written and verbal communication with a warm, professional manner.
• Sharp eye for detail and pride in getting things right.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple enquiries and bookings simultaneously.
• Quick learner of new digital platforms and confident across systems.
• Adaptable to shifting guest needs and plans.
• Comfortable making decisions and knowing when to escalate.

Required skills

• Mews (property management system) or similar PMS.

• Itinerary planning tools.
