Guest Experience Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, flexible Guest Experience Attendant to join AVANI Adelaide Residences on a casual basis. The role combines front‑office duties with food‑and‑beverage support, ensuring guests receive a seamless experience from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs with efficiency and warmth.
• Assist with food and beverage service in the café, bar, or in‑room dining.
• Provide local recommendations, handle guest requests and respond promptly to feedback.
• Deliver orders, clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the F&B area.
• Set up and pack down breakfast or function areas as required.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Process payments accurately and keep guest records up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Previous hospitality experience across Front Office and Food & Beverage (highly beneficial).
• RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Positive, adaptable attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Availability to work a rotating 7‑day roster, including weekends and evenings.
