Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

This senior position will shape a new growth marketing function within a large Australian organisation, leading strategy across a diverse portfolio of products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy and roadmap covering acquisition, conversion, cross‑sell, retention and engagement.
• Identify and prioritise growth opportunities using customer insights, analytics and commercial data.
• Integrate owned digital channels (web, app, email, CRM) with broader marketing activity for coordinated customer engagement.
• Partner with analytics, product, digital and performance teams to create targeted propositions and optimise the channel mix.
• Establish a test‑and‑learn framework with clear hypotheses, measurement plans and success criteria.

Required profile

• Significant experience in growth marketing, digital optimisation, ecommerce, lifecycle or performance marketing.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of improving acquisition, conversion, cross‑sell, retention or customer lifetime value.
• Excellent analytical capability using segmentation, experimentation and measurement frameworks.
• Demonstrated people leadership and coaching ability, influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
