Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own Hers' patient acquisition strategy end‑to‑end. You will set strategic direction, translate patient insights into high‑performing creative, and balance commercial trade‑offs to grow efficiently across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the patient acquisition strategy, including channel mix, budget allocation and messaging hypotheses.
• Use customer research, patient insight and performance data to attract the right patients at the right cost.
• Balance CAC and LTV trade‑offs to inform acquisition decisions.
• Build and maintain a rigorous test‑and‑learn framework across channels, creative formats and audience segments.
• Partner with creative teams to develop concepts grounded in real patient insight.
• Identify high‑leverage opportunities across paid channels such as Meta, Google, YouTube and TikTok.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with analytics, product and clinical teams to ensure growth aligns with the full patient experience.
• Communicate evidence‑based performance insights and strategy to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing with ownership of commercial acquisition outcomes.
• Proven ability to build a growth strategy from scratch and prioritize initiatives.
• Comfort moving between qualitative customer insight and quantitative performance data.
• Strong commercial instinct with deep understanding of CAC/LTV dynamics.
• Hands‑on experience across paid channels, leading with strategy and insight.
• Excellent communicator and natural cross‑functional partner.
• Thrives in a fast‑moving environment and can set own agenda.
