About the role

Victory Christian College, a Prep to Year Twelve school in Bendigo, Victoria, is seeking a full-time Grounds & Maintenance Officer / Bus Driver. The position starts on Monday 11 January 2027, with applications closing on Monday 16 November 2026 at 9.00 am. The roster rotates between 7:30 am and 4:30 pm.

What we offer

• Full-time work of 38 hours per week on a rotating roster.
• 5 weeks of annual leave, with the option to buy back an additional week.
• Pay at 20% above the award rate for grounds and maintenance roles, under the Educational Services (Schools) General Staff Award 2020, at Award classification Level 4.1, with a commencing salary of $73,768.
• Employer superannuation contributions of 12% and other entitlements under the Award; staff may salary sacrifice additional superannuation.
