Ground Services Trainer

About the role
Join Network Aviation, a Qantas Group subsidiary, as a Ground Services Trainer based at Perth Airport. You will coach and train frontline staff in both classroom and hands‑on environments, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify training needs across ground operations and develop appropriate programmes.
- Deliver classroom sessions and practical on‑the‑job training to operational personnel.
- Maintain training records and ensure all activities meet regulatory standards.
- Prepare and submit training reports and documentation.
- Coordinate training schedules with multiple stakeholders.
Required profile
- Previous experience delivering training in an operational or aviation setting (highly advantageous).
- Familiarity with ground services environments.
- Strong verbal communication and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to produce clear written reports.
Required skills
- Dangerous Goods Awareness certification.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
- Systems management experience.
- Report writing proficiency.
