Ground Services Trainer

About the role

Join Network Aviation, a Qantas Group subsidiary, as a Ground Services Trainer based at Perth Airport. You will coach and train frontline staff in both classroom and hands‑on environments, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify training needs across ground operations and develop appropriate programmes.
• Deliver classroom sessions and practical on‑the‑job training to operational personnel.
• Maintain training records and ensure all activities meet regulatory standards.
• Prepare and submit training reports and documentation.
• Coordinate training schedules with multiple stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous experience delivering training in an operational or aviation setting (highly advantageous).
• Familiarity with ground services environments.
• Strong verbal communication and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to produce clear written reports.

Required skills

• Dangerous Goods Awareness certification.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
• Systems management experience.
• Report writing proficiency.
