Graphic Designer – Visual Identity Specialist

About the role

Vincents is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to shape and strengthen its brand across a variety of client‑facing and internal materials. You will join the Marketing team and become the visual force behind proposals, reports, recruitment campaigns, events, and digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑quality marketing collateral such as reports, proposals, brochures, presentations, and flyers.
• Create engaging digital assets for social media, email campaigns, the corporate website, and internal communications.
• Develop branded templates to improve consistency and efficiency across the firm.
• Oversee brand application on event collateral, signage, promotional materials, and advertising assets.
• Support website design, multimedia projects, photography, and video content.
• Manage the design resource library, templates, and version control.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a Graphic Design role.
• Qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
• Ability to combine creativity with commercial thinking in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for polished, professional work.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat.
• Excellent design skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual communication.
• Experience designing both print and digital marketing materials.
• Familiarity with Canva, UX/UI design, email marketing platforms, video editing, photography, or motion graphics (advantageous).
