Graphic Designer – Private Brand (Packaging)

About the role

Bapcor Limited is seeking a Graphic Designer – Private Brand to lead the visual development of its private‑brand packaging portfolio. You will turn product concepts into market‑ready artwork that stands out on shelves while meeting commercial and sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver packaging artwork for multiple private‑label brands.
• Create visually compelling packaging that meets commercial, shelf‑impact and APCO compliance requirements.
• Apply APCO environmental credentials across packaging ranges.
• Manage packaging artwork from concept through to final production.
• Partner with Merchandise, Own Brands, Marketing, Digital teams and external suppliers.
• Maintain and evolve private‑brand style guides.
• Organise assets within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
• Balance creativity with deadlines and production constraints.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on packaging design.
• Creative, proactive and comfortable owning work end‑to‑end.
