Graphic Designer – Pitch Deck Specialist

About the role

The Graphic Designer at PlaySide will own the end‑to‑end creation of high‑stakes pitch decks and presentation materials for game concepts. You will work closely with artists, game designers and producers to wireframe, design and iterate polished visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of pitching decks from concept to final presentation, ensuring clear and engaging communication of game design ideas.
• Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes in Figma to visualise deck layouts and structure.
• Design and produce high‑quality graphic elements such as icons, typography and backgrounds that match each pitch’s visual identity.
• Collaborate with game designers and art directors to align decks with the creative vision and pitch requirements.
• Iterate decks based on stakeholder feedback to deliver polished, audience‑ready presentations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and tools, bringing fresh design approaches to pitching documentation.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience or strong understanding of pitching dynamics to craft compelling visual narratives.
• Highly proficient in Figma and industry‑standard software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides for presentation delivery.
• Solid knowledge of current UI/UX and graphic design trends.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflow and pitching process.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX or visual communication focused on high‑stakes presentations.
