Graphic Designer

About the role

RAA is looking for a creative, highly organised and confident Graphic Designer to join its in-house creative agency in Adelaide CBD. The role turns big ideas and briefs into polished, on-brand work, ranging from campaigns across print, digital and video to motion graphics for members and reusable brand templates.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted creative partner to teams across RAA, giving clear direction and rationale
• Look after brand standards and review work from external agencies
• Juggle multiple briefs and keep stakeholders in the loop
• Explore generative AI, motion and emerging design tools and share what's next

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Communications or a related field
• 3+ years' professional design experience, ideally in-house or agency
• A portfolio showing print, digital and motion work
• Excellent Adobe Creative Cloud skills and working knowledge of Figma
• Video editing and motion skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro), or the aptitude to build them quickly
• Strong pre-press and colour management knowledge, sharp attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under pressure
• Eligibility to work in Australia and willingness to undergo a police check
