Graphic Designer

About the role

Join Findex’s Brand team to bring the refreshed brand to life on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You’ll work from anywhere in Australia, shaping digital and print assets while contributing to a high‑profile offline activation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce digital and print materials that reflect the refreshed brand across multiple portfolios.
• Develop concepts into production‑ready artwork for signage, events, experiential material and merchandise, coordinating with suppliers.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, image generation, resizing and workflow automation.
• Typeset and design large documents, pitches, brochures, ads, social assets and PowerPoint presentations to deadline.
• Apply brand guidelines, build templates and systems, and track design performance to inform future work.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating design fundamentals and brand awareness across digital and print.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time‑management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Effective communication, collaborative mindset and commercially‑oriented outlook.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong typography and typesetting abilities.
• Practical experience using AI design tools.
• Knowledge of preparing artwork for digital and print, including working with printers and suppliers.
• Competence in building and editing PowerPoint presentations.
