Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our high‑performing pursuits team in Sydney. You will play a pivotal part in elevating the visual quality of our bid submissions, tenders, and overall company branding.

Key responsibilities

• Design compelling bid submissions, expressions of interest, tenders and client presentations.
• Create graphics, infographics, diagrams and project visuals that simplify complex information.
• Ensure all submissions are visually engaging, professionally presented and on‑brand.
• Collaborate with the Bid Team to develop clear, persuasive layouts.
• Produce marketing collateral, capability statements and project case studies.
• Support the maintenance and development of templates, style guides and brand assets.
• Assist with website content, social media graphics and internal communications.
• Continuously improve the visual impact and quality of our submissions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong document layout and formatting skills.
• Experience producing corporate proposals, tenders or professional services documents is preferred.
• Knowledge of branding and visual communication principles.
• Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, property or design industries is highly regarded.
