Graphic Designer – Design & Social Media Coordinator

About the role

Arriba Group, which brings together Rehab Management and LiveBig under a shared purpose of empowering lives together, is looking for a Graphic Designer who also acts as Design & Social Media Coordinator. It is a design-first, Adobe-savvy role shaping brand, campaign and social content across a purpose-led allied health group. Recent graduates are welcome, and the position suits an emerging designer.

Key responsibilities

• Design on-brand collateral such as brochures, flyers, presentations, templates, email signatures and digital assets.
• Create campaign visuals and adapt them across formats and channels.
• Plan, create and schedule social content.
• Do basic video editing for social media, internal events and awards, and coordinate the quarterly podcast.
• Manage the team's Monday.com board and prioritise marketing requests coming from across the business.

Required profile

• Relevant (or close to completed) qualifications with a portfolio showing both graphic design and social content.
• An organised, proactive approach, able to juggle several briefs and focus on what matters most.
• A sharp eye for detail and strong written communication.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Canva and Microsoft 365.
• Basic video editing skills and confidence creating content for social media.
