Graphic Designer – Branding & Packaging

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and work across two well‑known brands, Coolaroo® and GALE Commercial™️. You will translate briefs into clean, on‑brand visual solutions, handling everything from packaging and retail displays to digital and social media content.

Key responsibilities

• Create on‑brand assets for print and digital channels, including packaging, retail displays, brochures, advertisements and social media posts.
• Manage projects from brief through concept, production‑ready artwork and final proofing.
• Update and roll out existing artwork across product ranges.
• Support website content creation and collaborate with the Digital Marketing specialist on visual assets for campaigns.
• Produce basic photo and video content when required.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a Graphic Designer role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating solid design principles and brand consistency.
• Highly organised, detail‑driven and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive ownership of work and comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – non‑negotiable.
• Confidence working across both print and digital media; packaging experience is a plus.
