Graphic Designer – Brand & Content Team

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Brand & Content Team. You will work across print, digital, social and web, delivering everything from brand campaigns to event collateral while collaborating with a supportive design group.

Key responsibilities

• Turn briefs and business needs into thoughtful creative solutions.
• Develop concepts and carry them through to polished final artwork.
• Apply our brand consistently across different audiences, formats and channels.
• Collaborate with content, digital, fundraising, marketing and other teams.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Apply inclusive design principles and accessibility standards.
• Prepare artwork for production and work with external suppliers.

Required profile

• Around five or more years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio across print and digital.
• Confidence to take ownership of briefs, work through ambiguity and recommend effective solutions.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of typography, layout, imagery and print production.
• Experience designing for websites, social media, email and integrated campaigns.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Collaborative approach and openness to creative feedback.
• Understanding of accessible design or genuine interest in developing this capability.
