Graphic Designer – Brand & Communications

About the role

BVN is seeking a thoughtful and creative Graphic Designer to join its Brand & Communications team. Working across global studios, you will shape how projects, ideas and culture are shared through digital design, motion and visual storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Engagement team to develop campaign concepts for social media and events, turning project stories into engaging digital and print content.
• Create motion graphics, animations and video content that bring BVN’s projects, people and ideas to life.
• Maintain and evolve BVN’s visual identity and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all communications.
• Provide brand and design guidance for principals, studio directors and the Submissions team, supporting bid documents, awards boards and graphics.
• Improve design workflows and develop reusable resources to streamline production for the B&C team and broader practice.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage design projects from brief to delivery with clear communication and attention to detail.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong typography, layout, visual storytelling, digital campaigns and motion design.
• Interest in architecture and the built environment, with experience communicating complex ideas.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Advanced skills in After Effects and Premiere for animation and video editing.
