Graduate Structural Engineer – Industrial Structures

About the role

Aurecon is looking for a motivated graduate to join its Industrial Structures team in Perth. You will start your engineering career working on real client projects, gaining hands‑on experience while developing the technical and consulting skills needed for professional accreditation.

Key responsibilities

• Apply civil and structural engineering knowledge to live projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, advisory and design.
• Participate in workshops, self‑paced learning and mentorship programmes.
• Progress toward chartership and professional accreditation.
• Engage with the early‑career network, Limelight, for peer support.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related double‑degree (completed or near completion).
• Available to start full‑time in early February 2027.
• Curiosity and a strong desire to solve real‑world problems.
• Excellent communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
• Motivation to develop both technical and consulting capabilities.
