Graduate Speech Pathologist Program 2027

About the role

Join Ability Action Australia’s 2027 Graduate Program as a Speech Pathologist. You will work with NDIS participants of all ages, helping them find their voice, improve communication and gain confidence in everyday life.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assessment, therapy and reporting for children, adolescents and adults in community and clinic settings.
• Collaborate with families, carers and multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored communication plans.
• Deliver evidence‑based interventions to support speech, language and swallowing goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Participate in weekly 1:1 supervision and mentorship activities.

Required profile

• Graduating Speech Pathology student ready to commence the 2027 Graduate Program.
• Eligible for Speech Pathology Australia membership and the Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) pathway.
• Curious, compassionate and eager to learn.
• Passionate about helping people communicate, connect and participate.
• Licensed driver with access to a vehicle.
