Graduate Speech Pathologist - Melton

About the role

Everyday Independence is recruiting a Graduate Speech Pathologist in Melton for its Interdisciplinary Practice Graduate Program, starting in February 2027 or one of its monthly intakes. The role is full-time, part-time (4 days per week) or a 9-day fortnight, with a salary of $80,104 to $84,609.85 per year inclusive of annual leave loading, plus superannuation and vehicle options.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy in homes, schools, workplaces and communities
• Empower participants to overcome barriers and reach their personal goals
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team to share ideas and create solutions
• Build meaningful relationships with participants

First-year training

• Induction focused on foundational skills and interdisciplinary teamwork
• 1:1 clinical supervision with experienced supervisors
• Modules on therapy planning, high-impact interventions, multi-modal communication and managing complex behaviours
• Professional development in time management, coaching and participant engagement

Required profile

• Recently completed Speech Pathology degree and current (or pending) SPA registration
• Ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and a Working with Children Check
• Valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to work in community settings
