Graduate Software Engineer

About the role

Swipejobs is looking for enthusiastic Graduate Software Engineers to join its fast‑growing technology team. You will work on a data‑driven, AI‑native job exchange platform that connects job seekers, employers and staffing firms across multiple markets. This is a hands‑on role that offers exposure to the full software development lifecycle in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to design, build and enhance the swipejobs platform.
• Write, test and deploy high‑quality, reliable code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain platform performance.
• Participate in code reviews and share best practices.
• Explore new tools and technologies to drive innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication abilities.
• Passion for learning and working in a start‑up culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases (SQL, NoSQL).
