Graduate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graduate Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team remotely in Australia. This entry‑level position offers a fast‑track into recruitment and HR, supporting the full hiring cycle for a variety of roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and other channels.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Screen applications, keep candidate records up to date and support offer preparation.
• Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
• Enter and maintain recruitment data in the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring teams on recruitment campaigns and talent acquisition initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Proactive, professional attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other candidate sourcing tools.
• Experience using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software.
