About the role

UCentric is seeking a motivated Graduate Recruiter to join its new CBD office. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience across temporary, contract, and permanent hiring models, providing a solid foundation for a long‑term career in recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage talent pools for temporary, contract, and permanent roles.
• Engage candidates and clients daily through phone and digital channels.
• Support warm accounts, identify new opportunities, and contribute to embedded and agency‑style recruitment projects.
• Write job ads, assist with marketing, and maintain a strong LinkedIn presence.
• Leverage AI LLMs and other digital tools to enhance research, outreach, and productivity.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in business, technology, psychology, or a related field.
• Confident communicator comfortable making calls and building relationships quickly.
• Commercial mindset with ambition to grow a recruitment desk.
• Interest in technology trends, marketing, and social media.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI LLMs and digital productivity tools.
• Experience using LinkedIn for networking and brand building.
