Graduate Program 2027 – Suburban Rail Loop

About the role

The Suburban Rail Loop Authority (SRLA) is launching a two‑year Graduate Program starting February 2027. Graduates will rotate across four six‑month placements, gaining hands‑on experience on Australia’s largest infrastructure project while contributing to the delivery of a transformative rail network.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in up to four 6‑month rotations aligned with your discipline and career goals.
• Support project teams on engineering, communications, commerce, law or related functions.
• Undertake an Alliance Embedment rotation to work directly with industry delivery partners.
• Engage in site visits, workshops and mentorship sessions to build practical knowledge.
• Contribute to project documentation, analysis and reporting as required.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (2025‑2027) with a degree in engineering, communications, commerce, law or a related field.
• Strong interest in large‑scale infrastructure and public‑service outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to relocate to Melbourne and travel to project sites as needed.
