Graduate Podiatrist

About the role

Claremont Podiatry, a private practice serving the Hobart community for over 30 years, is looking for a motivated, compassionate and team-oriented graduate podiatrist (0-2 years' experience) to join its experienced team. The role is full time and permanent, with clinical responsibilities growing progressively as confidence and experience increase.

Key responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced podiatrists who provide mentoring, clinical guidance and ongoing education.
• Care for a diverse patient base across a broad range of podiatric services.
• Contribute to service development and take part in education and mentoring.
• Develop skills in general and diabetic foot care, biomechanics, musculoskeletal and sports podiatry, nail surgery, orthotic assessment, design and fabrication, and 3D foot scanning and CAD.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and motivated to develop as a clinician, with a sound clinical foundation.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, curious and open to feedback.
• Willing to learn and eager to build a broad range of clinical skills; no need to know everything on day one.
