About the role

Ability Action Australia, one of the largest NDIS providers in Australia, is offering a graduate Occupational Therapist program for people graduating in 2026. The role is full-time and based in Wollongong, with a focus on learning clinical skills alongside business and people skills, within a supportive, supervised environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support participants in the community or clinic
• Complete assessments, write reports and support participants with therapy
• Advocate for and work with participants and carers to help them achieve their goals

Required profile

• Graduating in 2026, soon-to-be registered OT
• AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration
• Licensed driver with your own vehicle
• Curious, compassionate and ready to learn and grow
