About the role

Ability Action Australia, a national therapy services provider for NDIS participants, children, teens and adults, is running its 2027 Graduate Program for Occupational Therapists. It is aimed at graduates expected to finish in 2026, offering a supportive, mentored environment that turns fresh graduates into confident clinicians.

Key responsibilities

• Support participants in the community or clinic
• Complete assessments, write reports and support participants with therapy
• Advocate for and work with participants and carers to help them achieve their goals

Required profile

• Graduating in 2026, with a guaranteed salary of $86,800 including super
• AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration
• Licensed driver with your own vehicle
• Curious, compassionate and ready to learn and grow
