About the role

Ability Action Australia, one of the largest NDIS providers in Australia, is offering a graduate Occupational Therapist position for someone graduating in 2026. The role is full-time and based in Wollongong, with a mix of community and clinic work, weekly supervision and mentoring.

Key responsibilities

Support participants in the community or clinic
Complete assessments, write reports and support participants with therapy
Advocate for and work with participants and carers to help them achieve their goals

Required profile

Graduating in 2026, soon-to-be registered OT
AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration
Licensed driver with your own vehicle
Curious, compassionate and ready to learn
