About the role
As a Graduate Geologist in Surbana Jurong’s Geoscience Graduate Development Program starting February 2027, you will join a high‑impact talent group delivering major infrastructure projects. The two‑year programme blends hands‑on field work with structured learning, mentoring and cross‑disciplinary exposure.
Key responsibilities
- Support engineering geological projects from day one, including field investigations, data collection and interpretation.
- Conduct site visits, geological mapping, logging and assist in developing ground models.
- Prepare technical reports and contribute to geotechnical design inputs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geological information into project delivery.
- Apply industry standards and best practices through on‑the‑job experience and workshops.
Required profile
- Recent graduate with a degree in Geology, Geoscience or a related discipline.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn.
Required skills
- Experience with GIS tools.
- Familiarity with geological modelling software such as Leapfrog.
