Graduate Engineer - Waste & Resource Recovery

About the role

Join a leading multidisciplinary environmental team in Victoria as a Graduate Engineer focused on Waste & Resource Recovery. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on fieldwork, data analysis, and collaboration on high‑impact projects across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field sampling of soil, water and ground gas at various sites.
• Prepare contaminated land assessments, manage data and produce reports.
• Support multidisciplinary projects including landfill investigations and hydrogeological studies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology or Hydrogeology.
• Early‑career experience with contaminated land or hazardous materials is highly regarded.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Willingness to travel for short‑term field assignments.
• Valid Victorian driver’s licence and ability to work outdoors.
