Graduate Engineer - Mechanical Engineering (Feb 2027 Program)

About the role

Join Surbana Jurong’s two‑year Graduate Development Program as a Mechanical Engineering Graduate. You will work on major infrastructure projects from day one, gaining hands‑on experience while receiving structured learning, mentoring, and exposure across multiple disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Support real‑project delivery by contributing to analysis, design, calculations and documentation.
• Assist senior engineers in preparing technical proposals, reports and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to ensure coordinated delivery across all project stages.
• Develop technical capability by applying industry tools, standards and best practices on the job.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to work in a diverse, multi‑disciplinary environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop further proficiency in engineering design software.

Required skills

• AutoCAD (or similar engineering design software).
