Graduate Electrical Engineer – Feb 2027 Program

About the role

Join Surbana Jurong’s two‑year Graduate Development Program as a Graduate Electrical Engineer. You will work on major transport, energy and renewable infrastructure projects, gaining hands‑on experience from day one while being supported by senior engineers and a strong graduate network.

Key responsibilities

• Support electrical design development, including drawings, models and technical documentation.
• Perform engineering calculations and analysis for transport systems, power distribution, lighting and renewable energy under senior guidance.
• Participate in site visits, testing and commissioning to understand implementation of designs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate electrical inputs and meet project milestones.
• Learn and apply industry standards, tools and best practices through structured workshops and on‑the‑job experience.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Motivation to solve real‑world infrastructure and energy challenges.

Required skills

• Familiarity with design and analysis tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP or PowerFactory (or similar).
