About the role

Join GHD’s Graduate Program in Darwin as an Architecture/Interior Designer. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work on a variety of projects across multiple sectors while developing technical, design and project delivery skills in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with design and documentation of architectural projects at various stages.
• Prepare concept designs, presentations, reports and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers and project teams to create integrated solutions.
• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, schedules and specifications.
• Use industry‑standard software and digital design tools to support project delivery.
• Participate in design reviews, site visits and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Contribute to multidisciplinary infrastructure, building and community projects.
• Stay informed on industry trends, sustainability practices, emerging technologies and relevant standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• Strong interest in multidisciplinary design and sustainable built environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented setting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and standards.
