Global Strategic Sourcing Manager – Electrical

About the role

Aristocrat is seeking an experienced Global Strategic Sourcing Manager for electrical components to lead sourcing and supplier excellence initiatives. You will shape the future of the supply chain, ensuring cost‑effective, high‑quality, and resilient sourcing for critical electronic parts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and capability improvement for electrical components such as control modules, LED displays, wiring harnesses, power supplies, and PCBs.
• Drive cost‑reduction programs, value‑engineering proposals and standard‑cost roll initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships and manage new product introduction processes.
• Perform trade‑off evaluations, feature assessments and commodity analyses to improve cost and performance.
• Ensure business continuity through supply‑chain resiliency and corporate social responsibility standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Procurement and Finance to achieve sourcing goals.
• Lead, mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of sourcing, supply‑chain or supplier‑management experience.
• 3+ years managing contract manufacturers or strategic direct‑material suppliers.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing of electronic or electromechanical components.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills with data‑driven decision making.
