Global Security Solutions Architect

About the role

APM is seeking an experienced Global Security Solutions Architect to lead the design and standardisation of security architecture across its worldwide technology environment. This strategic position partners with technology, security and business stakeholders to embed security into cloud platforms, applications and infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain secure architecture patterns and standards aligned to APM's Cyber Security Strategy.
• Partner with regional technology teams globally to drive consistency of security controls.
• Review solution architectures and technical designs to ensure security requirements are met.
• Provide expert advice on cyber security, risk, compliance and regulatory obligations.
• Benchmark security capabilities against frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, MITRE and RFFR.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen APM's security posture.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Security Architecture, Information Security or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks, architecture principles and risk management.
• Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Understanding of Zero Trust security principles and modern security controls.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, SABSA or equivalent.
