General Practitioner - Vaucluse/Rose Bay

About the role

A traditional, established GP-owned private practice in the Vaucluse/Rose Bay area of Sydney is looking for a General Practitioner. Two doctors who have been at the clinic for over 15 years are semi-retiring, and the team includes several young GPs. The practice offers a traditional general practice setting with no patient quotas, and candidates are welcome to trial the clinic; future ownership of the clinic can also be discussed.

Required profile

• Vocational registration (FRACGP, FACRRM or equivalent)
• No restrictions in terms of DPA
• Ideal candidate has some experience in private/mixed billing
• Ability to work the occasional weekend is preferred but not required

What we offer

• Full private billing, with a standard 15-20 minute consultation charged between $100 and $120 per patient
• 65% of billings offered to doctors
• An income hourly guarantee can be provided
• Part-time days available, with flexibility to trial the clinic first
• Full-time nursing support and mentoring and learning encouraged
• Pathway to partnership or ownership of the clinic
• Clinic open Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, with full-time reception staff
