General Manager – Professional AV

About the role

The General Manager, Pro AV will lead and grow Ingram Micro Australia's Professional AV business, driving strategic direction, commercial performance and strong vendor and channel partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the national Pro AV growth strategy and manage full P&L accountability.
• Lead and develop sales, product and technical teams to achieve business targets.
• Strengthen strategic relationships with key vendors, channel partners and industry stakeholders.
• Identify new market opportunities, monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Represent Ingram Micro at industry events, customer meetings and vendor engagements.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in technology or AV distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver sustainable revenue and profit growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
