General Manager – Luxury Resort

About the role

As General Manager of Pullman Bunker Bay, you will lead all daily operations of this 5‑star beachside resort in the Margaret River region. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the property operates profitably and sustainably.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all departments including revenue management, recruitment, training, and customer service.
• Drive financial performance to meet and exceed revenue and profit targets.
• Lead, coach and mentor the team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, guests, regional services and the local community.
• Maintain high product and service standards while balancing expenses.
• Act as the primary representative of Accor in the local community.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Operational, Hotel or General Manager with a deep understanding of multiple departments.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships.
• Track record of driving financial growth through strategic planning.
• Understanding of key hospitality metrics and revenue drivers.
• Experience working with body corporates in an MLR setting is desirable.
• Current Real Estate licence (Class 1) is advantageous but not essential.
